The company’s founding director, Brett Meredith has more than 15 years experience in the legal industry and over 10 years in operating his own business. This experience and the high level of professionalism that he demands from himself and his own personal experiences in running his own business, allows him to provide a professional, yet practical approach and reliable service to all clients, no matter how big or small.

Graduating at the end of 2009 from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), Brett started working in law 2010 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011.
Brett provides a hand on approach and service to the client, so the client is dealing directly with the owner and is happy to visit client’s at their home, office, work site or wherever is convenient for the client.

Brett is a commercial lawyer and practices in matters pertaining commercial law including business structures, company law, shareholders agreements, buy-sell agreements, contracts, business sales and purchases, Wills, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship and estate/succession planning, asset protection, probate, letters of administration and deceased estates, trusts, commercial property transactions, property settlements mergers and acquisitions, and the drafting of a range of other commercial documents and contracts including loan and mortgage arrangements, leasing and settlement deeds.
